As a previous director of Nursing, our owner has a clear understanding of caring for people in our community. Therefore, our staff is meticulously selected and undergoes extensive screening and training before they are matched with our clients.

Nursing Services Provided

Case management, Hypertension and blood pressure monitoring, Indwelling and suprapubic catheter care, Medication reconciliation and management, PICC line/port-a-cath care, Wound care dressing, Diabetic teachings and management, Intravenous infusion/antibiotic therapy, Ostomy Care (Colostomy, Ileostomy, Urostomy and Nephrostomy).

We are fully capable of providing quality Home Health care at the comfort of Elderly and sick patients’ own homes, with dignity and respect. Our dedicated and professional team includes Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy (ST), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Social Worker (MSW).
