Coach Home Health Agency is a Medicare Certified Agency and is accredited Commission on Health Care (ACHC). Accreditation is where a higher quality of standards of home health skilled services are set with greater outcomes to promote the optimum functional potential of your loved one.
Our staff is meticulously selected, and undergoes extensive screening and training before they are matched with our clients. We do homemaking, cooking, grocery shopping, medication pick-up, etc.
What is Accreditation?
Accreditation is a process of review that healthcare organizations participate in to demonstrate the ability to meet regulatory requirements and accreditation standards established by a recognized accreditation organization. Accreditation reflects an agency’s dedication and commitment to meeting standards that demonstrate a higher level of performance and patient care.
ACHC Accreditation Standards were built by industry experts with providers’ needs in mind. On-site surveys are conducted every three years by Surveyors with industry-specific experience. A comprehensive review is conducted of organizational structure, policies and procedures, and compliance with federal, and state laws. Surveyors follow a rigorous review process and provide an educational approach to accreditation to ensure accurate, informative on-site surveys.
